My son uses your services since he is Iraq and unable to hand pick out items.The flowers have been beautiful and arranged with obvious care. The gift baskets are very nice. Let me just say my boyfriend has been useing pro-flowers and on his last 2 orders they have been dissapointing. They did replace both...however lack of detail or care is just not replaceable when trying to brighten someones day or share in a special day. They still messed up on the last order & we just did not mention it due to the moment was already lost for my mom. We will be useing your service from now on.

The flower arrangement was beautiful!!!! I used your online ordering website and was disappointed in the OKC Florist that was used because I placed the order on Monday and asked for the arrangement to be delivered on Thursday (before Mother's Day). The arrangement didn't arrive on the scheduled date nor was I contacted that the florist in OKC wasn't goint to be able to meet the date but would deliver the next day. I had to call to find out what was going on. I understand about Mother's Day but my niece from New Orleans had ordered flowers, too and they arrived on time (Thursday). I'll try using the online ordering again but if delivery can't be made on the specified date - I'll have to use someone else.

My mother uses you all of the time when she orders flowers so I knew she would love them for herself on her own Birthday. She called me and was extremely excited with her flowers and balloons when they were delivered to her work.
