The tulips arrived on the day promised. They looked very nice and held up longer than expected. A little pricy for tulips, but considering delivery was included, it wasn't too terribly high.

My mother uses you all of the time when she orders flowers so I knew she would love them for herself on her own Birthday. She called me and was extremely excited with her flowers and balloons when they were delivered to her work. There was some confusion to which department she worked in because she works for a huge organization, but you guys went above my expectations to find her and that truely is what customer service is all about and more. Now I can understand why she likes you so much, not for just the product, but for your professionalism that she can trust to deliver.
